Construction has been a part of Baker Dickson’s life from the very beginning. Growing up on St. Simons Island, he spent countless hours alongside his father remodeling and maintaining their family beach home, where he developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship and quality construction.

Baker graduated from the University of Georgia in 2006 with a degree in Housing and Consumer Economics. Shortly after college, he began investing in real estate, purchasing and renovating properties on St. Simons Island and South Carolina.

In 2010, Baker moved to Charleston, South Carolina, where he spent 15 years selling building materials in which he worked daily alongside architects, builders, and homeowners on projects ranging from custom homes to large-scale commercial developments. During that time, he earned his residential contractor’s license and continued building custom homes, additions, and renovations. Baker is a licensed contractor in both South Carolina and Georgia.

Today, with more than 25 years of experience, Baker Dickson Construction serves St. Simons Island and Southeast Georgia. Baker has a genuine desire to help his clients create homes that reflect their vision and lifestyle.

Baker resides on St. Simons Island with his wife and two young children. He enjoys surfing, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling with his family.
